Kitchen
helper:
The kitchen team consists of people with different personal and
educational backgrounds. During the course, the employee gains
practical training and experience with the daily management of a
café/restaurant. The kitchen prepares lunch, dinner and
buffets with warm and cold dishes for smaller and larger groups. We
make healthy and tasty food and offer both meat and vegetarian dishes.
We use only fresh ingredients and prepare all dishes from scratch -
e.g. we bake our own bread daily.
Restaurent
helper:
The restaurant team serves the customers at Gyngen and
Musikcaféen.
The job involves serving and bussing tables, stocking ingredients and
securing the smooth running of concerts and other activities. After a
trainee period, the restaurant helper is offered advancement to bar
manager. This entails opening and closing the bar and breaking in new
restaurant helpers.

opening as trainee for cook, waiter, caterer or kitchenassistant.
Bookkeeping-assistant
Kulturgyngen is a private company of its own. The project is funded
through the restaurant, and through grants and support from public as
well as private foundations.
Through the daily work you'll gain practical training in and experience
with bookkeeping, and become praticed in use of programs such as
Navision and Excel.
