Kulturgyngen aims to build a local and global network.

We collaborate with the public employment service, with social welfare and health care authorities and with local organizations - such as the community college Byhøjskolen and Danish Volunteer Service. The international objective is to develop a network with similar projects in Europe and set up an exchange programme for staff and trainees, ensuring mutual development and making the most of our combined resources.

The object of the global-net is to combine experience and methods, that will contribute to our continuous development.
