Employment

Approximately 60-70 people are engaged in the daily activities: 10 full-time employees, people in subsidized employment and individual job training, participants in activation programmes, kitchen and office clerk trainees, people on community service and work experience - and a great deal of volunteers.

The starting point is that everyone becomes part of the working teams and takes part in the daily routines. The objective is for each individual to clarify his/her educational and/or vocational goals.
