as an enterprise has a social responsibility towards employees and the
local community. Employees are involved as much as possible in the
development of the enterprise, securing a sustainable development.
We are working consciously helping the employees of
Kulturgyngen
to take charge of their progress, both professionally and socially,
thus becoming a greater part of society and influencing the development
in a more humane and unity-oriented manner.
Equality:
Everyone, regardless of personal resources, professional ability,
religion, skincolour, political standing etc. must be treated equally,
individually and with respect.
Broadness of mind: Kulturgyngen
wants to embrace everyone. The goal is to make room for the more
vulnerable groups of the labour market, also those who find it
difficult to interact with society.
Development: The development of the enterprise is bases on a sustainable strategy, ensuring a healthy earth.
Networking: Kulturgyngen
wants to create local and global networks, as well as network for the
individual. Networking is viewed as an important tool to break
isolation and speed up development.
In our daily work we experience, that all people have
ressources/abilities that can be used for both personal developement as
well as working for a common goal.
At
Kulturgyngen every employee
has a function and a responsibility. By recognizing your own efforts
and capabilities, the motivation to get back to the labour market is
increased dramatically, as well as helping the personal developement.
Being an employee at
Kulturgyngen
improves qualifications and motivation in relation to the labour
market. Wit this in mind our employments are based on the professional
and personal qualifications of each individual. We combine work,
education and courses.
At
Kulturgyngen we engage
approximately 60-70 people in the daily activities: 10 full-time
employees, people in subsidized employment and individual job training,
participants in activation programmes, kitchen and office clerk
trainees, people on community service and work experience, and a great
number of volunteers.
